Handmade Ceramic noodle/soup/breakfast bowl

Description

A hand thrown ceramic small bowl ideal for noodles, soup or breakfast cereal. Made by us in our garden studio in Hampshire, just inside the beautiful South Downs National Park.

We hand throw on a wheel, then usually the next day the the forms are trimmed and left to dry thoroughly, after which they go through the first bisque firing. After this they are glazed by hand with a lovely glaze combinations and then fired again. This piece has a speckled clay base with a blue rutile/honey flux glaze which provides beautiful movement and some very interesting drips.
