Handmade small Porcelain bud vase semi glazed

Description

A hand thrown porcelain small vase or utensil container. Made by us in our garden studio in Hampshire, just inside the beautiful South Downs National Park.

We hand throw on a wheel, then usually the next day the the forms are trimmed and left to dry thoroughly, after which they go through the first bisque firing. After this they are glazed by hand with a lovely glaze combinations and then fired again. This piece has a Blue Rutile glaze on the stem and lip of the vase. The inside is clear glazed and the outside is a lovely smooth white unglazed finish
